"Decent Performance but Needs Some Improvements"
I purchased this app a few weeks ago after hearing good things about it and while it has indeed lived up to most of my expectations, it does seem to have some areas that could use some improvements. The app delivers a decent performance in terms of its primary function of phone monitoring. It provides accurate data, tracking calls, texts and application usage effectively.
The user interface is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I am able to access all necessary information at a glance. However, the real-time monitoring feature sometimes lags, which may lead to unintentional delays.
Additionally, while the app does offer extensive functionality, it seems quite overpriced compared to other similar apps on the market. I believe the pricing could be more competitive to make it more appealing to potential users.
My biggest gripe with the app, though, is the customer service. I faced a slight issue with the software installation and the customer service didn’t respond immediately. They were helpful when they eventually did respond, but the waiting time was fairly long.
Overall, the app works as advertised and while the functionality is impressive, the real-time monitoring lag and the customer service really need to be improved. Not to mention, a reconsideration on the pricing would go a long way in attracting a wider user base. I would still recommend trying this app out because when it works, it does its job well. I’m giving it a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars.
