At ZellMarket, we aim to ensure every customer has a smooth experience. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific refund conditions outlined below.
All purchases made on ZellMarket are for digital downloads, which are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital goods cannot be returned.
We may offer a refund under the following conditions:
Product is not delivered (e.g. download link is missing or broken).
Product is defective or does not match the description.
Duplicate purchases made in error.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
Your order number.
A clear explanation of the issue.
Screenshots or evidence (if applicable).

If you purchased a product from a third-party vendor on ZellMarket:
We may contact the vendor on your behalf.
Final refund decisions for vendor products may be subject to the vendor's own terms.
Change of mind.
Incompatibility with your device or software (please read product details before purchasing).
Misuse or user error.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
